I’m on week 3 and my cravings have been going away more each week. Doing the 16/8 hr fasting. The longest I have done is 22hrs of fasting. I’m finding that now I’m getting full eating only one meal a day that’s full of protein and fiber. I’m hoping that I will keep on losing my belly fat. Thank you for what you are doing.
