You can use previously cooked brisket point or smoke an entire point like I did. I highly recommend using a point for these over a flat of brisket. 🔥 Burnt End Beef Brisket Bacon Bombs 🔥 Smoky. Meaty. Bacon-Wrapped. Absolute BBQ Heaven. Ingredients: • 1 brisket point (Certified Angus Prime Grade), approx. 3–4 lbs • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce • 1 cup Kitchen Basics beef bone broth • Traeger Prime Rib Rub (or your favorite) • Traeger Pork & Poultry Rub • Thin bacon slices (as needed) • BBQ Sauce ⸻ Instructions: 1. Preheat your Traeger to 180°F Use Super Smoke if available. 2. Prep the brisket: • Trim fat from all sides. • Brush all over with Worcestershire sauce. • Generously coat with Prime Rib Rub. 3. Smoke the brisket until internal temp reaches 165–170°F and bark is set. 4. Cut brisket into equal 1.5” cubes. • Place cubes in a half pan. • Pour in beef broth to cover. • Cover tightly with foil. 5. Raise grill temp to 275°F. • Continue to cook until internal temp hits 195°F. 6. Remove and chill the burnt ends. • Bring bacon to room temp. • Wrap each cube with a bacon slice. Secure with toothpick. 7. Season each bomb with Traeger Pork & Poultry Rub. • Place on mesh rack or baker’s rack. 8. Smoke at 250°F until internal temp is 165–170°F and bacon is cooked. 9.
