Yeah teachers should probably make more but this is bad reasoning. There's diminishing marginal difficulty of watching kids. Watching 2 isn't twice as hard as watching 1, especially in a classroom environment where there's only so much that can go wrong. Going from 29 to 30 kids should not pay the same as going from 0 to 1
