Well said. Meds are not the answer to happy. You have to put in the work and that in itself will make you feel stronger and more confident and comfortable in yourself. Too many take the easy way out but will all come back on of life style isn’t there. Good for you!!

Of course I think you look incredible, but I understand what you’re saying, so I’m going to chime in here. The ONLY thing that I have stuck to and that I will do for the rest of my life is fasting. I have worked my way up to fasting until about 3pm and while I don’t do all the things I should do either, the fasting makes me feel amazing. I started it a year ago and have turned friends on to it as well. Look into Gin Stephens and her books. Easy to read and make so much sense. If you like science read Jason Fung’s The Obesity Code. One thing to note- you’ll have to give up anything you’re putting in your coffee during your fasting hours😬. Please please look into it- it’s FREE and you’ll learn all about the other benefits. I could talk about this all day…
