There is no way the CPS worker "forgot" ANYthing. Even if they spaced for one moment, the events of that day would be on their mind the whole rest of it, picking up the kid, and so on. This seems like intentional criminal negligence for whatever sick reason.

Release her name and face. Had it been the parents they would have been plastered all over the media. She made several personal stops before going home for 5-6 hours. Negligence at least, gross negligence if proven with the available evidence. And the department deserves to be sued by the family for not properly training their staff or maintaining them so that this couldn’t have happened. They are still responsible even if they fire her.

Yesterday a mother of twins in Phoenix Illinois calmly turned her twin babies over to the fire dept & the news questioned if she should be charged with criminal charges but a social worker is the cause of a child’s death and…?!?

this is soooo messed up. checking if charges should be filed???? wtf it's MURDER 💯 neglect of a child resulting in death, is still murder, and from a worker who is hired to protect children. like WTF is this REAL????

If a parent left their child in a car they would name the parent immediately and press charges. It should be the same for the cps worker. Worse because they were supposed to be working, how do you forget the one child you were supposed to be transporting immediately to daycare in a car for five hours? You went home? Did you take a nap while this poor child perished?

They take them so fast and do worse 1 to many children have been taken by cps and returned in a box. How aren't changers being filled I the parents had done it they would be in jail on so many charges.
