My fav physical exfoliator is the Dr. G peeling gel. I probably use it too often, but I just love how it gets off the remnants of my mineral sunscreen. Is that a more harsh physical exfoliator?

I have dehydrated,maturing,acne prone skin & it's very sensitive! I always seem to ruin my barrier & I'm getting frustrated because I've been trying to get things under control for just over a year now & I feel like im failing miserably?! I'm 41 & yes I do need to eat a bit healthier & drink more water & i know that plays such a huge part,so getting better about that but I'm having the worst breakout ever right now & it's a lil traumatizing😫 I don't even want to leave my house because my face is so horrible right now!
