My husband is not celiac and I am and we ONLY bring gluten free things into our home with the exception of individually wrapped items (breakfast sandwiches, granola bars) that he brings for lunch. AND he wipes down the kitchen religiously any time he preps something not gf.

This is why although I am not fully gluten-free. I have decided to only have gluten-free flour. It’s just not worth the cross contamination. I could have gluten other places and not risk getting my husband sick.
