My leftover hospital bills were paid, 1/2 my rent & therapy after. These adoption agencies are making MONEY!!!!!! There was a lot of pressure to get those papers signed very quickly after birth!

My godchildren are adopted from South America. The home visit people had them so scared that seven years AFTER the adoption when she needed to go back to work, they were afraid they would negate the adoption 😳

My sister works for the state and she says the interviews and home visits are crazy. You have to have a bedroom of a certain size and if not you’re expected to give yours up or buy a new one? Weird

Wow what a racket. You don’t know how fast I went to get my little adoption file that I found in the basement of my home in trunk (I live in the house I was raised in). The fee my parents paid to file with the court was $25 and I found some receipts for amounts under $10 paid to attorney. I wish I knew the amount they payed for my adoption to the fifties.
