My sisters both have different dads than I do. Both are darker complexions. both tan amazingly as do their pale children. I on the other hand? Burn, burn, burn. my genetics, darker skinned people's but when it got to me, all that ink apparently ran out. it took until I was 28 or so for my mom to lay off me for not being out in the sun as much because of how fast and violently i burn, even though she had seen the severe sunburns I had as a child that NEVER lead to a tan.
