@cbsnews: The man who was seen in a viral video being hit in the face by a Jacksonville police officer during a Feb. 19 traffic stop spoke out on Tuesday, saying he simply wanted to know why he was getting pulled over upon being asked to step out of his car. “I was really just scared,” William McNeil Jr. said in a news conference. “And that’s it.” The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said Monday that it’s investigating the incident and released body cam footage of the arrest after McNeil posted video of the traffic stop that showed an officer smashing a car window and hitting him in the face.
