I heard a theory that helped me get through my miscarriage. It said that our souls are not used to being stuck inside of a body when we are first placed. So we travel in and out of the body and sometimes we get lost and can’t find our body we are assigned to, and when the soul is gone from the body for too long, the body passes away.

i lost my 2 month old to sids. this scene brought me comfort. in hopes my son was in warm arms since mine wouldn’t hold him anymore. we are never going to be prepared to lose our children. it’s the biggest burden i have. this cut deep.
