Only 4 real rules in life. 1 People get to choose. 2. People have few choices and generally are bad choosers. 3. All progress in in the PROCESS. 4. Don’t shit where you eat. Only about 5% of Ppln can figure out the right choices, only about 1% actually act on the choices and about 1/2 of those or 0.5% keep to that long term plan and succeed and get to generational wealth. In US 1% Net Worth is about $14m. Few get there by luck, about 1/2% get there by decades of planning and executing. Does that 1/2% need you? Are you going to meaningfully affect the others? Probably not.

One might say generational wealth is pure greed. There's no excuse, no possible argument for spending a life chasing wealth. Wealth is a not just a distraction from life itself, wealth will always compete with life. And wealth loaths competition. Wealth will blackmail you with love and high values making a junkie out of you. Why would anyone curse their innocent little children with it? Pure greed.
