I worked in a water treatment company called aquachem in the Republic of Ireland and was bullied by 40-50 year old men who would talk to me really slowly so I could understand 😳😳😳 I did three jobs in an office on my own they would appear once a month to tell me off for two very minor human errors over the course of a year in their weird backwards system while they golfed

Urm, I mean firstly, drink 🤌🏻🤌🏻. Secondly, could be an unfair dismissal to me, there’s a number of factors. If it’s social media, was his name mentioned, company name mentioned or visible on your profile, is your social media private, but also, you said this and HR just said “yeah sack her” They didn’t think to… yano… look into it?!

If you have 2 years consecutive service you have full employment rights!! Usually in these situations there have to be verbal and/or written warning and fully documented investigations before you can be “fairly” dismissed. If I was you I’d reach out to ACAS for advice either way! ❤️
