People also dont understand that headcanoning a character who is portrayed as straight as queer is not as harmful as headcanoning a queer character as straight. 1, the boys have not explicitly been stated as any specific Sexuality. 2, Putting a fem mc in a BL game and a male mc in a GL gamr would be genuinely VASTLY different than a game like lads hypothetically having a male mc. Making straight relationships out of queer (EXPLICITLY BL/GL, not including pan/bi characters.) is just erasure. The boys in lads have not been explicitly stated as straight, and the creators asked for BL content to be excluded only in things for art competition and in official forums because of the censorship in China. The rules of the game dont say "please dont CREATE BL content." and people just need to realize that there is a difference
