Greying is a sign of iron, copper, vitamin b12 and d deficiency. Take your trace minerals, floradix, b12, d3 + k2, fish oils with a multi vitamin, eat your green leafy vegetables raw and you’ll be good. It’s reversible, if it’s not necessarily “genetics”

My mom started going grey at 25 and I’m 29 and just started finding some greys. It’s genetics. Plucking them does not make them spread ppl 😭

The reason it keeps growing is because that particular hair follicle has no more melanin (pigment). You are basically running out of ink like a printer does 🤷♀️. More will appear around the same area at first as that area has ran out of melanin. Also PLEASE DON'T PLUCK IT it will only make you have bald spots or thinning hair as you're literally plucking the hair on your head like we all plucked our eyebrows in the 00s and they ended up not growing back

Don’t pluck! That just makes them stand up for longer! Dye them, cover them in sharpie, but plucking keeps them short so they stand
