Anytime I see a comment about how “crime has gotten REALLY bad…” in Chicago— particularly my neighborhood (Lakeview), I instantly snoop to see where the person lives. 99.9% certain it’s not even in Illinois. I’m always right!

I had a friend come to town last year from Philadelphia & he was certain we were going to get ☠️. I said are you ok? I’ve been to Philly & it’s a dumpster fire. He was shocked at how clean & chill it was.
