Frankly, camouflage isn’t entirely necessary for much of American hunting either. With the exception of waterfowl and turkey, most animals can be easily fooled with earth toned clothes and plaid patterns.

while studying in Tanzania, I had a pair of Ralph Lauren pants that were an army camo pattern. I did not know this, no one made me aware of this, needless to say, I caused quite a stir at a little market in Arusha one day.

You have to be careful in male hobbies because women are honestly and say they bought something because they wanted it or liked it. Men will lie to themselves and say they NEED it to justify their purchase. Hunting camos, truck guns more off road capability than necessary etc
