If you don’t have a lot of time but still want nice arms, I’d train upper body twice a week—just 30 minutes per session. Here’s how I’d break it down: Day 1 – Back & Biceps Focus • Pull-ups (or assisted) – 3 sets of 8–10 • DB Curls – 3 sets of 10–12 • DB Rows – 3 sets of 8–10 • Reverse Curls – 3 sets of 12 Day 2 – Chest, Shoulders & Triceps Focus • Dips – 3 sets of 8–10 • Overhead Triceps Extensions – 3 sets of 10–12 • Incline DB Press – 3 sets of 8–10 • Cable Pushdowns – 3 sets of 12 I’d superset where possible to save time. This setup trains your arms directly, while also hitting chest and back to add size and balance. Make sure to leave at least one day between these two sessions to let your arms recover properly.
