So I’m a millennial with an abusive toxic narcissistic mother and let me just say this, cos we’re quick to cast the stone without fully digesting the situation. Jackie Christie ain’t no exemplary momma, she’s a manipulative condescending toxic narcissist. No daughter on Gods green earth that has a normal loving mom will do what Chantel did. Now in no way shape or form am I condoning what Chantel did, but no one knows what her mom did to her behind closed doors or why she’s so angry! I’ve lived that life and at 36 years of age I’m still healing from my mother and the traumatic childhood I had under her hands. She was not a good momma to me and neither is Jackie to hers. Those type of people love to act nice and gracious to the world but behind closed doors they are real life demons! I wish every single adult child that is grieving the mother they always wanted a beautiful healing ❤️🩹 journey that is filled with so much compassion for yourself. We really need to call out the mothers like Jackie so they can apologize for the damage they caused their children.

Yes be careful. I got beat half to death by my youngest son. I always thought I could do what u r saying but look at what it got me. So please be careful. I NEVER thought he would hurt me and how wrong I was. I hope u can handle this. Go to Jesus with it. I couldn’t defend myself against him. This was NOT MY PROBLEM. ITS HIS. I TAUGHT THEN HOW TO BE REAL AND RESPECTFUL. LOOK WHAT HAPPEN JUST BE CAREFUL

My mom didn’t play either and neither do I. My son thought that because his friends could hit their mom when angry, he could as well. I can assure you, he never did it again. Whatever his malfunction was, I fixed it. I wasn’t his friend, I am his mom, not his friend. We have a great relationship.

I totally agree, my oldest son smarted off to me and said something disrespectful at a Thanksgiving dinner he was wearing the turkey across his head with juice running down his neck and I would do it again I am not going to be disrespected I was a single mom and it was hard as hell raising these children they're not going to disrespect me

When my son was 13 and he stood up to me I told him three things he better remember one if he ever goes to jail I better be last person. He calls too if he ever does drugs I better be less person find out and three he better remember I brought him in this world and I will take him out.

My mom Smacked me ONCE in my life and I deserved every moment of it. She is the most calm and kind woman and raised us with so much love. When i started my pre-teenage years, I was awful, mouthy, and disrespectful. She put up with it for so long. One screaming fight I puffed at her. The next thing I knew, I was on the ground. Never disrespected her again, and I love her more than ever as a grown adult.

My parents have been dead for YEARS, and I NEVER would've pulled the bullshit the kids pull today. I was mouthy AF, but I STILL knew when to CUT IT, even as an ADULT, WELL INTO MY 30s!!! (I'M NOW 51.)

mama knocked out my front tooth for running my mouth being disrespectful to her. I also got my behind tore up with whatever got grabbed first. I love my mama for my upbringing. she still takes no mess off anyone at 5'2 110lbs soaking wet.

At 47 years old, I have never cursed at or disrespected my mom in any shape or form. If she even thought I looked at her funny, I would have been picking myself up off the floor 2 days later. Both of my children have been raised to be respectful to all adults. Even as adults they still say Yes and No mam, etc. I believe some children have been raised with zero consequences and look how they turn out.
