can you people really not understand that her forgiving him was for her, not for him. those of you who don't know that are more than likely miserable. because harboring hate in your heart for another person doesn't affect the other person at all, it only weighs you down. she set herself free by forgiving him. I cannot imagine how hard it was for her to get to this place, but she done it. and I'm super proud of her. she's clearly a saved, strong, loving, amazing incredible women.

I bet it must be weird to heard an aunt of the person you murdered say I forgive you and if you want to tell me what happened you can contact me. That kind of grace? Probably nobody ever offered that to him... and it will stick with him. They don't say "kill them with kindness" for nothing.

You can be at peace without forgiving. My peace is not tied to anyone else but me. I am more at peace knowing people who have wronged me did not get my forgiveness and maybe it will spark change in their lives. And also I just really don’t think of people who have wronged me. Let him rot. That brings me peace.

my mom forgave the man who unalived my sister Elizabeth back in 2011, people need to understand forgiveness isn't about Brian it's about allowing it not to destroy your life, there is freedom in forgiveness even to those who harm you most.
