What I don’t understand is how someone who has the ownership of a house to invest in designing and renovating an attic space is also compelled to have this space as her bedroom… Is there no primary bedroom? Is she wasting her own money in someone else’s attic?

She chose to make her entire house look like a bathroom. The tiles, the tiny doors everywhere, the over use of black and white, no stair rails, putting the bathroom clearly in the wrong place…. it couldn’t have turned out worse

The person sleeping on the wall side might hit their head if bed is too close to the wall (as well as all the other wild self imposed issues). Roof is lower that side too.
