Due to a job loss we had to dip into retirement money. Government hits us hard with taxes then add increases in property taxes, gas, groceries and Insurance. We have no extra money

I quit. There are no paths to prosperity anyway. I don't support insurance corporations. I do not want benefits as part of my package. Bosses think they can use that to keep you imprisoned. It doesn't cover shit anymore so there goes your bargaining tool.
