I have a question when you’re snorkeling don’t they put something in the water that floats up at the top of the ocean to let people know that there’s people snorkeling in this area where they deep snorkeling? Or were they shallow snorkeling

This is awful I’m not sure how close he was to shore, if they didn’t have a buoy 🛟 / flag out maybe the boat didn’t even know they hit the poor guy. That could be why the authorities aren’t pressing charges.

did they have a divers down flag flying? thats althea key piece, if they did have a buoy and flag up the boaters should def be charged. if not then thats on the father
