U need to first know the treaties btn Russia n USA such as Non Nuclear Proliferation Treaty, International Air Space Station and others. Wn it comes to Nuclear War, there's no winner cuz Mutually Assured Destruction. May b he needs to know capabilities for Hypersonic Missiles also like Sarmat,dead hand system and Dongfeng.
