I agree about most of it but not the Disneyland, Disney movies thing it’s so important to keep the child in you alive and happy so these kinda places, movies and things are like nourishing the child in you. When life gets too adulty and heavy, especially these kinda movies bring you back to your childhood when we didn’t have to worry about these things and life was enjoyable 💖

Yoga classes used to be relaxing and fun about 10-15 years ago. Now it’s a race who does the fastest sun salutations and hyperventilate breath per movement to obnoxious music while being sweat on by person who’s 6 inches away from you because class is so crowded. I stopped going
