Everyone’s got their opinion, but anything uneven with throttle the first thing I’d check is the TPS. They will go bad in certain spots and won’t send the resistance reading back to the ECM. You can test it with a Ohms reading to verify 💪

well with the Vance and Hines Short Shots and the hi flow air filter without a cover is waaaaay too lean. I'd suggest a tuner if you don't have one. also check your fuel pressure you may have a pinhole in the fuel line inside the tank. I was a Master Harley Tech for 25 years.

open the tank and replace the fuel pump, fuel filter and all of the lines. do not buy a factory pump. quantum makes an awesome direct replacement.

who did the wires on the bars? did they extend the throttle by wire wires or buy the screaming eagle one? check the wire extension connectors

I always start simple. fuel filter, fuel pump, throttle position sensor.

Had the same happen on a streetbob aswell.. ended up being injectors..

run about half a can of Seafoam in the first tank of fuel then the other half of can through the second tank. if it helps then it may be injectors. if no change probably fuel pump.

hold the trip reset when turning on IGN to check for codes. if no codes, check fuel pressure.

If it’s none of these things in the comments…I had this problem earlier this year and I found out my 5th gear clutch pad teeth were almost completely gone. Replaced all the clutch pads and spring and it runs like a beast now. Hope this help! Or I could be absolutely wrong 😂😂

had a dodge with the same issue. the fuel pump couldn't keep up with the demand. turned out to be a bad pump/regulator.
