Easy. Schedule a meeting with his boss, for example the cordinator, the class’ department manager, you could even escalate it to a director. “This teacher threatens to fail me because he thinks I used an AI on my essay. Why? Because I used an m dash. I used an AI detector in front of him showing him gis claims weren’t true, but he brushed them off. He’s poor logic and judgement can get me expelled. Why are there teachers here that cant tell if we used AI or not but do threaten to fail us?”

follow the academic appeals process. If you have earlier drafts or if you use a cloud service like Google Docs it may have backup versions you can access as evidence that you wrote it. You can fight him and win.

do you have writing samples that include em dashes? If so, you can make a case that you were simply using existing grammatical norms. Occam's razor would suggest that as the most likely conclusion.
