I live in a country where the police don’t use violence as a default. They explain the reason for the stop and the law in respect of the violation. Judging by comments on here people are cool with police violating what ever rights you have left with no consequences. Your comment the dude guilty! Of what exactly?

There are 3 diff chest cams and one shows the machete in the front floorboard. Weapon, drugs, non compliant, it took too long for the cops to break the window and they told him how many times to get out of the car. I've had so many tickets and never once talked back, gave a hard time to the cops. I gave respect and got respect, shock how that happens. Thank you for speaking truth that people don't want to see.

our police, in my country manages to detain ppl like that without abusing him 4 to 1. But I guess it is an American thing, beating and exciting beating someone for not complying..

it actually was they call a compliance strike because the gentleman in the vehicle was not complying he had locked the doors to his vehicle refuse to give his information and when they broke the window out the officers were giving him a compliance strike to make him understand it dude this is real and you will obey us so it's not really an assault they were making sure he understood that yes he has broken the law and he will obey I have plenty of relatives that are police officers and they said that what those officers did in that video was justifiable because of the actions that he took
