Greetings from Germany: many Mercedes cars in the 70s and 80s had cloth interior, it does not heat up as much as leather and the suits of the passengers get less wrinkled.

Facts: 1. LS400 is branded as Toyota Celsior in Japanese market, it comes with cloth upholstery. i have seen it myself. 2. a decent engine is sold for $1500 at Sharjah UAE
