For a boiler… it already doesn’t matter. Looks like it got rigged electrical later. The only benefit to an older boiler was no electricity. Upgrading to a new one loses them nothing. The initial cost will be overwritten by lower utility bills over the next couple years. But yeah that is how we react lol
