i dont get the hype of one piece. its boring to me, the style just isnt nice, and its still going? i just dont see the appeal in it, and that's okay. not everyones niche. also, for you women out there, never let us men decide what does or doesnt make you a fan. your enjoyment comes above all else. love yall.

I really love the one piece manga (not my favorite tho) but I hate the anime. I don't vibe with the voice acting (dub and sub), the pacing is bad and I am never sure where the characters are from each other when they are split up. I kinda wonder how a OP anime fan would react of my opinion :/

Im no real anime fan then.. I’ve not watched one piece, Naruto, demon slayer or bleach. Buuuuuuut I do have over 70 watched anime’s this year 😭 I just can’t force myself to watch op when I hate the artstyle 😂

are they even a real anime fan if they don't understand that shoujo means girl, josei means woman and there being categories for shoujo, shonen, seinen and josei means everyone has something they can enjoy..?

One Piece is #2 in my top 5, YYH in first, but dudes love throwing that "fake fan" term around for us ladies for some reason even though we're usually the ones that watch more genres outside of Shounen than them. I've been watching anime for longer than most of them have been alive too, it never gets easier.

I gave One Piece 5 episodes & I never felt inclined to continue. Naruto got 70 episodes from me but it felt like a chore. I'm at a point where I watch what I want keeps interests me. most of my faves are sienen (adjacent) stories.

I love One Piece. Only shonen I actually like. But oh do some fans irk me. And those same fans call me all sorts of names when I say I don't like Hunter x Hunter or Solo leveling 😅

My 66yo mom agrees with you on windbreaker and apothecary diaries. 😁 her favourite anime of alll those we binged including one piece is AD. My favourite is FMAB. 😊
