i feel so bad.. it seems i will never heal whatever any efforts i make, idk how to do to free myself from all these traumas, i go through all the steps but it comes back again and again, my head never stops, i can’t take it anymore to suffer inside, and as soon as i get better the relapse is worse, i start to lose hope and tell myself that i will end up losing everything in my life, concretely my head is filled with negativity..
