United offered me $75 in credit to fly with them again. Said they didn’t reimburse for “inconveniences.” Aka-for disappearing staff when we were ditched at the wrong airport and had to pay thousands for a rental car and seated across from a prisoner transport with toddlers while also our families seats being separated. @United Airlines also…why is it so impossible to talk to a REAL person on the phone to put in a complaint? I’ve asked countless times and have been denied. This is scary customer service. I’m starting to think it’s run by AI people
