oh god there's a meme in my country that people from the capital are immediately distinguishable cause of their beigeness. tho it was a meme until upon arriving there saw a family of five and a dog. everything, from mother's sock, toddler's hair accessories to even the dog's leash was THE SAME shade of beige. scary.

every single time I see an outfit like that I'm thankful that my mom was one of those moms who had more the "they're a kid, you can dress them in the cutest and most ridiculous outfits and it's socially acceptable" mentality. I had some wild outfits, it was fantastic.

Yes until apparently this year my kids are 9 & 14. My 14 year old girl only wear gray, black and blue. My 9 year old boy picked black and gray for everything. All the while I'm wearing the bright colors and character tees still. 😂

My 9 year old has her own style and as somebody who wasn’t allowed that freedom I absolutely LOVE IT! It’s like 99% hot topic/anime/hazbin hotel (yeah yeah I know but she’s not allowed to watch the show so whatever)
