When I go on vacation i warn my pickups. I tell em to tell the driver to come back at delivery time and at what time the pick up is.

My fake pickup customers do that. I have a list of them taped to the bulkhead with a note saying please get these while picking up their neighbors. Some cover guys get them, most don't.

being coverage driver, it drives me crazy when routes have dead pickups or where there was a change that "they do all the time" but it's not in the board. so when it gets fucked up, it's on yall. fix the shit. because you know, doesn't mean coverage does. and yall won't answer the phone on a day off.

Analogtechs on Instagram really came through for me. I started using their High Batch Grabber tool and now I lock in better-paying orders with way less stress. Definitely changed how my shifts go.
