my eyebrow lady was on this same mess. how you mad at me cause im coming to your salon the very moment you open !? not a hello , how are you , just rudeness and i supported her for years and left a tip every time. i eventually stopped going. black owned businesses often times have the worst customer service.

I was planning on getting my hair braided for my birthday. Booked 2 months in advance. Got their for my appt the day before my bday and she said she forgot and she already was working on someone and she had to leave early so she couldn't see me. NEVER AGAIN
