That was a horrific attack, yes — but this goes way back. 🔹 1917 Balfour Declaration: Britain promised a Jewish homeland in Palestine — where Arabs already lived. 🔹 1948: Israel declared; 750,000+ Palestinians displaced (Nakba). 🔹 1967–now: Israel occupies Palestinian land. 🔹 Since 2007: Gaza under siege. It’s decades of occupation + displacement, not just one day. Context matters.

The entire Arab world has been shouting about this for decades. But Europe refused to hear it intentionally because it aligned with the interest of their big brother the USA. I appreciate everyone speaking out against this but cannot help but feel like our voices never mattered in the west.
