We shared right away with family and friends and then miscarried at 7 weeks. Watching people closest to us be so excited just to then tell them all never mind was traumatizing. We didn’t share until 12 weeks with the next once and it protected my peace. It was fun having it be our secret and took the pressure of of worrying about what if something happens and we have to share that again

We announced at 14 weeks and then we lost our son at 19 weeks. I’m 5 weeks now & we plan on telling our family 3 months before baby is here & then announcing on socials after the baby is here lol.

We told our closest family & friends after our first private scan at 6/7 weeks… we have just miscarried at 11 weeks and as awful as it is to share the news, it’s been so nice to have the support, especially through the surgery❤️🩹

I cant really remember when we announced the first pregnancy and with our second it was near the end of the first trimester cause I was so sick the entire first trimester from HG and now with our 3rd we only told close family and a few friends around 17 weeks, we haven't put it on social media or anything just because I have had some issues with my pregnancy and just don't want everyone asking about it a lot. we just want our time with our baby while she is happy healthy and safe inside before she comes out and no clue what could happen😢🥺

Announced it with my coworkers coz I'm an XR tech who works at nights. I needed to let them know. It helps me, my baby and my coworkers. Told family about 10 weeks. I am not announcing it on social media though, by choice. Not announcing anything until baby comes.

I can see your point, I’m on the opposite side of spectrum I’m not someone who’s comfortable with sharing honestly at all lol I don’t enjoy the “feedback”. I’ve always kept important things close to heart.

Been thru a MC and we felt so alone! This time around we told everyone asap. Rather be covered in prayer and surrounded by community vs. being isolated! ❤

I told close family and friends right away at like 3/4 weeks. I post publically at 9 weeks. We are pregnant with an iui baby and so so many people have been checking and praying for us so we felt comfortable telling early.

I told those close to me as soon as I found out (4 weeks) because if something was to happen, those would be the same folks to take care of me and help me along the way.

I didn’t tell anyone in may and still miscarried. I think this is out of our control so I said everyone now and I’m much happier and confident than I was couple of months ago. And I’m only 5 weeks.
