Babe be really careful eating solids the first week 😭 it made it so bad for me I had to eat soft foods the 2nd week bc I fucked up the first week of healing by eating regular foods😭😭😭

Make sure you switch to a shorter bar after the healing process. If your bar’s too long, it can move around too much and you’ll definitely bite on it
