I had a guest order gluten free pizza and gluten free dessert last week while she was eating our chips that are NOT gluten free but she didn’t ask soooo I didn’t place an allergy alert on the order…I’m still confused on this one

As someone who is actually needs a gluten free accommodation I can assure you that someone who really is would tell you up front and they wouldn’t think “this bread” was ok and “these croutons” weren’t. This makes me sad because people just use a gluten allergy to try to get their way. I’m sorry this happened to you this is so sad!
