@girlsgonefood: To make today’s Matcha Latte: You will need a blueberry syrup which I made from fresh blueberries, water, and maple syrup. You let that cook down in a pan on medium heat, and then blended it together in a blender. I keep this in the fridge in a squeezy bottle. You will also need a blueberry cold foam, which was a quarter cup of whipping cream mixed with some of the blueberry syrup. You blend this together until you have the right consistency and color. I made my Matcha as I usually do by hand whisking it, and then you can see here that I blended it with coconut milk, and pistachio syrup. #matchalatte
