Did you smell her ears she might be yeasty and I had a dog that was doing this losing hair and always itching turns out some dogs are allergic to grain i had to find a good grain free.Dog food

naw u need to take her to the vet. so that so can get the proper treatment. one of my frenchies had it bad to. if u notice its around its stomach so could be what its eating. but u still need the vet to check what it actually is. that can only do so much
