so you mean export for instagram?? camera doesn't matter, its size and PPI, Instagram caps at 72 PPI and 2700 on the long edge anything else or higher it will crunch that shit and compress. I have 26 years of retouching for magazines and fashion and I do lots of exporting for web for insta and insta caps at 72ppi and a 2700 long edge now. I shoot on a gfx 100s ii thats a 100 megapixel camera and I have to always cut my images down to that export stat and 85% quality jpg. thats the correct setting
