i’ve been TRYING to get a doctor to listen to me without telling me i have GAD. girl, i know i have crippling anxiety but tell me why i am physically the sickest ive ever been and not even laying down doing nothing, makes me feel better. i gained carsickness on a random tuesday and am afraid of cars now, im constantly nauseous to the point i can’t sleep, my body temp is never regulated and i can’t hardly eat but it comes in cycles. i could go from feeling the best i can, sleeping 8 hours, eating full meals, happiest as can be in a car, and then boom next day im bed ridden, scared to go to work, and having panic attack every single day because of how insanely sick and paranoid i feel

Focus on your eating and your nervous system!! Ik I had super bad issues like that but it all changed when I started eating raw, limiting gluten, watching what goes into my body, and focusing on calming myself and my mental health

GIRL IT IS A GLUTEN INTOLERANCE. I was the same way, I had blood tests, endoscopy, colonoscopy. , etc.. and eveything came back normal. I stopped eating gluten and never felt better

This is so me and I saw you have dysautonomia and with that often comes bad gut motility unfortunately and most likely caused by heightened nervous system (like if u have ASD or ADHD) obv idk if this is the case for u specifically. Also I have SIBO which is def what largely caused my acid reflux so if you haven’t gotten a 3 hr breath test def look into that!

one day 4 years ago i was deathly ill out of nowhere just the worst nausea every day i couldn’t get out of bed and i got so many tests run and so many procedures done to see if they could find anything out and to this day i had to learn to live miserably because they “can’t do anything about it”😐

with our food standards, check for h.pylori infection, simple gi appointment. super common act. n they send you off w just sum antibiotics , 🙏
