im on propanol and it works decently well 🙏 doesn’t take it all away but I do notice when I miss a dose so that’s enough for me 🤷 it stops palpatations, I still get the jump as well as dizziness and breathlessness especially but it isn’t as extreme. It never helped my pre-syncope experience (weak legs, loss of vision etc) but I started fludrocortisone a while ago and it helped loads. Haven’t had any problems with either of them, good luck 🙏

Not pots but beta blockers actually did work really well for me! Still had symptoms but they were not as frequent when i didn’t have the blocker

they didn’t work for me, but i also have pots as well as full body dysautonomia and vascular issues that make both of those worse 😭 i think it def depends on your situation. but also like my older sister takes beta blockers for her “inappropriate tachycardia” and they work so it def depends on your situation and issues

i went from fainting 1-2 times a day to once a week so it definitely helped for that but i haven’t noticed a difference with blood pooling and other symptoms

im not diagnosed with pots but i have symptoms similar, metoprolol has worked wonders for me!!

when i started taking it for a few months it was good at first and then it kinda stopped working so i went off it and ive never felt better

i’ve tried like four and only atenolol has kept me in an okay position but still symptomatic especially with triggers so idk 🤷♀️i’m definitely better off taking it though
