the anchors really keep them on there 😭 its easiest to get them off from the back molars or teeth that dont have the anchors - should be able to pinch & wiggle with fingers instead of getting a nail under. its so hard but doable!

it's easier to pull from the tongue side, and lift from the molars. I had trouble with them when the dentist installed the buttons on the teeth, and they told me to do it this way.
