I’m beyond sad that this is such a common fear everyone thinks I’m a freak for watching the needle go in and draw then blood is so fun and cool😥 idk I used to be scared but I just forced myself to watch it and then it was chill

I once was in an ambulance and the dude was about to take my blood and I started freaking tf out bc I have a phobia of it and he was all annoyed and said "so u can have all those face piercings but cant take a little needle" I cried lol

my fear came from when I was in the mental hospital and a nurse came into my room at like 5am and stuck me with a needle to take blood without any warning, now I flinch and cry and I get blood drawn when doing testing for my health conditions

i’m actually fine with getting my blood drawn but if i need like life saving or recommended treatments i have to be forced because i would die at home in peace… i literally almost had my appendix explode and i still had to be forced to see the doctor… 😓
