Ingredients (serves 2):
500g maris piper potato peeled and sliced into thin chips
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda 
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried parsley 
½  tsp garlic granules
Salt & pepper, to taste
200g diced chicken breast 
1 tsp bbq seasoning 
2 streaky bacon rashers
60g bbq sauce  30g half fat cheddar grated 30g mozzarella grated 
1 tsp ranch dressing 
1 tbsp fat free greek yoghurt 
2 spring onion sliced  A few sprigs of fresh parsley chopped 💕Add the potatoes to a boiling pan of water. Add the bicarbonate of soda and boil for 5 minutes. Drain and leave to cool before patting dry with a kitchen towel.  💕Season the chips with 1 tsp smoked paprika, parsley, garlic granules, along with salt and pepper to taste. Air fry for 18-20 minutes at 200 degrees celsius until golden and crispy, alternatively, bake at the same temperature for 30-35 minutes. 💕Season the chicken with 1 tsp smoked paprika and the bbq seasoning. Pan fry for 7-8 minutes until cooked through.  💕Whilst the chicken cooks, cook the bacon according to packet instructions. Once cooked, chop into small pieces and keep warm.  💕Once the chips are cooked, transfer to a baking tray. Top with the cooked chicken, before drizzling over the bbq sauce. 💕Add the cheese, before placing under a hot grill for a couple of minutes until melted. If you oven cooked, return to the oven for a few minutes.

💕In a bowl, mix together the ranch dressing and yoghurt. 

💕Drizzle over the cooked chicken and chips before garnishing with the spring onion and dress parsley.
