This is easily remedied. One Obama sues Trump and the US Government for defamation as a result of the video. He won’t win, but it will go to court. During deposition, expose the intelligence report as the motivator for the video. This then puts the document on trial as the foundational facts as to why the video isn’t slander. This also opens up why they put together the document. Obviously, the document doesn’t provide any basis for their accusation as a matter of fact. It all comes out in the press, all discredited and if Obama wins he donates all the money to charity.
