@abc7ny: A judge ruled that a 12-year-old Haddonfield, New Jersey Little Leaguer who faced suspension after flipping his bat after hitting a home run was allowed to play in the state tournament. Do you agree with the umpire’s decision to suspend him for the bat flip?
Sorry it's a good rule. They are not in the show they are kids and let them show sportsmanship . When played years ago you could get ejected for throwing your bat back towards the catcher by accident just running hard and throwing your bat back. Sorry but it just makes these kids look like they watched to much video baseball

Show the whole clip... he posed and threw the bat 20 feet in the air. Disrespectful and unsafe. He was lucky to only be suspended for 1 game.

All sports have to much aggression. Not only is the boys father a baseball dad, he's a lawyer.

Ejected from the game? Sure! Suspended? No. Unless it specifically states that in the rules of their league. Doesn’t matter what the Little League World Series does. If this is a separate league, then they have to abide by those league’s rules.

The umpires should all refuse games and put the leagues in a standstill.

So he hits a home run to go up 8-0. N he does a huge over the top bat flip, I would have only ejected him for that game. Not next game. If you bat flip like that. It better be a walk off. 🤡 Move by the kid

I thought it was always the role that you're not supposed to flip the bat or throw the bat which I know it happens every time I watch these videos so why now do they want to enforce that if it is truly a lie I'm not sure

So if I go through a lot of red lights and don’t get caught when I do get caught I can claim arbitrary and capricious and get off.

The ump at the time was his decision maybe the league should have stepped in and maybe reprimand him. With something and a warning

Just because the other kids were not ejected, it still doesn’t make it right. This umpire went by the rules of the game. He was umpireing so it doesn’t matter what the other umpires do that’s on them. The rule is you flipped the bat you rejected. Once again, obey the rules.
